OMEGA Constellation Platinum ladies wristwatch. Case (probably not original) in 950 platinum with sapphire crystal back. Hand-wound movement cal. 540 with a recent revision from September 27th, 2024 and very good accuracy (+3 seconds, 260° amplitude). Silver-colored dial with patina on the upper edge, baton indices and Constellation lettering. Black leather strap with pin buckle. Used, slight signs of wear on the case. Diameter approx. 31 mm without crown.
