If you wish to return, you have 14 days to register the return of the product(s), from the day you received your order.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
It is not possible to directly exchange a product. Instead you are welcome to return the product, and then place a new order. Please note that you have 14 days to register the return of the product(s), from the day you received your order.
Is it free to return?
Yes, it is free to return if you use the returnlabel provided by Miinto. If you have not already received a return label with your order, you will receive it through email when you have registered your return.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as the shop/s has received your return/s, you will receive an email confirming your return/s has been processed. After this you can expect to receive your refund within 1-5 bankdays, if you paid by card. If you paid by XXXXXXX, we will credit the amount on the invoice.
Return process

1. Register the items that you wish to return

2. Pack the items you wish to return in the bag or box the product came in

3. Cut off the return blanket and enclose it in the parcel with the product(s) to return

4. Stick the return label on the parcel

5. Drop off the parcel within 14 days

6. Get your money back
