Your Order ID is formatted like this: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx and is located in the top right corner of your order confirmation email and also included inside your parcel.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register a return. While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item within this timeframe and place a new order for the product you want.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Success team right away and take photos of the item before returning it. After we receive the photos and verify the issue, returns for wrong or damaged products are free of charge.

For standard returns, a return fee, starting from £10, will be charged. We’ll provide all the return labels you need, and the fee will be clearly displayed before you submit your return form.

Once the shop has received your return, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. After this, you can expect to receive your refund within 1-5 business days.
