Introducing the Fred Perry Polo Original with Two-Stripe Trim in Navy. This original Fred Perry polo shirt is expertly crafted in Leicester, England, and features the iconic slim fit that Fred is known for. A staple of British subcultural fashion for 60 years. - Made in Leicester, England - Cotton pique fabric - Square-cut design with a flat and sophisticated hem - Two-stripe trim on the collar and cuffs - New fixed insert placket with two buttons - threads and trims - Buttons made from materials - Laurel wreath embroidery symbolizing the use of materials - 100% Cotton - Machine washable - Style M12 I49. The M12 polo, an authentic classic crafted in Leicester, England, has remained unchanged since Fred Perry first designed it in the 1950s. Legend has it that a customer at Lillywhites requested a personalized Fred Perry polo with their football team`s colors. Fred decided to subtly add the team`s colors to the collar and cuffs, and thus the M12 was born. This new model, the first to feature our distinctive two-stripe trim in a 5-4-4 pattern, transformed the brand from a sportswear label to an urban fashion icon. With Fred`s iconic slim fit, slightly squarer lines than the M3600, and meticulous craftsmanship, each polo is woven, dyed, cut, embroidered, and finished by hand in Leicester, England. Fabric details: Cotton.
