Introducing the Cashmere Company Morbida Dolcevita model shirt in a slim smoking gray fit. Made in Italy, this shirt is crafted with 30% cashmere, 40% wool, 15% nylon, and 15% set. Cashmere Company is renowned for its expertise in cashmere, a natural textile fiber obtained from the underground of the goat Hyrcus, originally from the mountain regions of Asia. The best quality hair, known as duvet, is used to create this shirt, with an average annual production between 100 and 200 grams for each adult animal. The real cashmere is always made up of 2 twisted wires, ensuring the highest quality. The cashmere yarn used in this shirt costs about 165 euros per kg, and it takes the fleece of at least 3 goats to make a cardigan. Therefore, a good quality cashmere shirt cannot have a low cost, except for poor quality yarn and the presence of impure fibers. Follow our advice and suggestions for the maintenance of your cashmere shirt. Let it soak for about 15-30 minutes, gently massage the garment, and rinse with clean water at the same washing temperature. For machine washing, use a delicate program for wool garments at 30 °C. Washing at a temperature lower than 30 °C is counterproductive, while washing at a higher temperature risks ruining the fiber. After washing, you can put the almost dry garment in a low-temperature dryer for 2 minutes to remove excess fiber (pilling phenomenon) with a soft brush and comb. Iron with a steam iron at medium temperature. Pilling may occur in the early stages of use, but it is a natural consequence of use and not a sign of lower quality. After a few washes, the excess hair will disperse, revealing the heart of the fiber. Avoid washing your cashmere shirt every time you wear it; instead, leave it in the open air and wash it only when necessary. Allow your shirt to rest for at least 24 hours between uses to allow the elastic fibers to relax and regain their softness. During the change of seasons, protect your cashmere garments from moth attacks by storing them in hermetic boxes or bags and regularly spraying an anti-moth product in the closet.
